Twister Slash an spy in the employee of the princess of the night; Luna is assigned to protect the famous princess of friendship; Twilight Sparkle, but not to let her know of his mission.

A friendship unlike any Twilight has experienced before blossoms between her and the newly appointed janitor of the castle of friendship.

This story is a sequel to Legend of the Nine Elements: Equestrian Ninja

after seeing a new sci-fi horror play put on in Ponyville Apple Bloom notices a strange light in the sky. later across town twilight Sparkle and her colt-friend, Twister Slash watch as this strange lands at the Apple Acres. after that Apple Bloom notices that strange glowing creatures are slowly adducting the cows.

She tells applejack about Them but Applejack thinks she is only imaging Them........

It isn't until later that AppleBloom learns they have an even more sinister plot in store for ponyville then cow-naping.....

Note: The story will semi focus on Twilight and Twister. But it mostly will focus on Applebloom

Twilight returns to Luna and Celestia's old Castle to transport the books in it to Canterlot. Finding them missing she triggers a New booby-trap and is nearly killed. Only to be saved by a strange gray stallion, who vanishes right after. Twilight then decides to search out this strange pony and figure out who he is. And he is the Ninja of Equestria; Twister Slash!

Authors note: this takes place after "Castle Mania" in the timeline. the only change in events is that when Twilight and the other girls rescued Luna and Celestia from Discord's vines; they took the elements from the tree of harmony after they where safe and the mysterious box never appeared
