The way this story developed, is out of character for Twilight. I could more easily see her experimenting around with sexual fetishes, and perhaps even discovering for herself what fetish turns her on. It's just out of character for Twilight to already know her sexual fetish. Then there's backstory that's missing. How long have they been together? Are they married? Did Twilight awaken to the bondage thing through a similar escapade in the bed? Perhaps being restrained even? Instead, we're just dumped right into their bedroom, and witness the aftermath resultant upon Twilight whispering into his ear.
