This is going to be a very nice little closing story. This series is by far my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
Equestria Girls = HELL. Sunset Shimmer was Celestia's protege before Twilight. Therefore she is most likely at least 10 years older plus the time spent as Tia's student than Twilight. Yet in EG they are in the same grade. Stuck in a teenager's body for all time. Hormones raging. Attending a social gladiator's ring that is high school. Yep they are in Hell.
Now if we are just talking about the merits of the movie and not looking past the superficial skin, the movie was ok. Liked the first movie but the second one seemed like they cut out a third of the movie. There was a major disconnection from the beginning of the band battle to when the finals took place. Not to mention the songs advertising the movie were better than what was found in Rainbow Rocks.

Actually I doubt that Sunset more that ten years older that Twilight. Celestia say that "Sunset Shimmer. A former student of mine. She began her studies with me not long before Twilight.". So, she studied under Celestia for rather short amount of time. Also in Annual 2013 we see both Sunset and Twilight together. Or more precisely: young Sunset studding for school and foal Twilight on background levitating a ball. Twilight still without her cutie mark, and look maybe a little bit older that Sweetie in "For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils". IDK, maybe she a seven or eight years old?
I think that they have maybe a five-six years age difference.
