Hey, not bad, a little too quick, though. You can afford to spend a little more time on character's thoughts, perhaps preface this scene with one of Applejack walking up to the graves, or add some tension by bringing Scootaloo in earlier than you did. Pace it out a bit more, no reason to rush so quickly to the end.
Also:
I'm not sure if this was on purpose or not, but it got an inappropriate laugh from me.
You captured the emotion well, though the story itself seems a little too fast paced for the topic it discusses. Also I felt the sun warming her backside was quite a key plot point...
Bad jokes aside, I enjoyed how you approached the subject, and looking forward to how this progresses.

If you are his editor. Then my hats off to you. You have done a stupendous job with both this and A Spell to Happiness.
I can't wait to see what he does with his TrixieXLuna fic that's being done (needs to check on that soon), and his ScootAdoption fic sounds interesting. But seeing the good stuff this writer has put out I thank you for having a part of that.
