Twilight Sparkle is living in an empty Equestria: a world in which she is the Omega Pony, the only pony in the population. When an alien pony named Belief shows her face to Twilight, she intends to convince her that this is not her true home, and if she does not realize that she is trapped in a false reality, she may remain alone forever, and never see her friends again. This would bother Twilight, naturally, except Twilight seems pretty content alone. Furthermore, she doesn't even remember that she HAS friends!

Interesting concept, but the formatting was a bit hard to read. Add another line between paragraphs and make sure to indent them. Also be careful of switching tenses.

Again, though, technical issues aside, this is an interesting concept for a story. Do some editing and revisions, have a friend look it over for you, and this could polish up into a nice little gem. Keep it up!

Yeah, I'm gonna come clean here: I may be a writer and know my stuff when it comes to fiction (or fanfiction in this case), but I just joined here yesterday; I'm not completely adapted to the whole cutting-and-pasting thing for FIMFiction and how it handles everything. :twilightblush: I'll see what I can do about making it a little easier to read. But rest assured: future works will be formatted better.

I also would like to admit that of all the writing I have done in my life, fanfiction is the absolute hardest for me. Oh, sure, give me a science-fiction novel, I can whip that out in two days, but a pony fanfiction...I dunno why, but I've never been too proud of anything I write because it just doesn't feel like me, y'know? I guess it's because I'm not in absolute control of everything, and there are character guidelines to follow which I'm just not used to following. Who knows what it could be. :twilightoops: I try to in keep with the voices (in all of my fanfiction, Twilight has a broad vocabulary which exceeds everypony else). But I dunno...guess I'll find the answer and keep practicing with more stories. I have plenty of ideas...none of which I'm really fond of...but I'll keep writing - and working on improving my works' formatting. :raritywink:

1734508 I've noticed that it has the most trouble when you copy-paste from an auto-formatted Word document. If it looks all nice and divided into paragraphs from a more basic text program it will usually copy over ok. Just a tip.

Also, working with someone else's characters is tricky. I'm writing a fic about Applejack right now, and to get the character down I usually go and watch a few clips of her from various episodes just so I can get in the groove. :moustache:
