Dear god what

Wait, why does the filly look like a cross between Twilly and Shining?

I'm quite interested to see where this story will go. Only because it has nowhere near touched anything close to the title... Hmm... The first two chapters are pretty short as well. Hopefully following ones will be longer? :rainbowhuh:

I call this "the writer doesn't know whether he really wants to write a story or not" syndrome.

2148289

Start a family, but never leave yours at the same time.

hmm its good like it

There isn't much to go on but I like what I'm readin so far. :scootangel:

"Bacon and scrambled eggs," he said. "Your favorite."

Ponies are primarily herbivores...

2151396 Everypony's a critic :facehoof:

Of course I know ponies are herbivores...these particular ponies are anthropomorphic, and anthropoids are omnivores.

2152819

your point is well spoken.

i am humbled:unsuresweetie:

2155375 It's why I'm a writer. :twilightblush:

these particular ponies are anthropomorphic

Fuck

2169195 Now I may live in the big city, but I'll tell you one thing: I've never once seen a horse talk, fly, cast spells, or in any way be interesting.

2148289 Because in Episode 8 of Friendship is Witchcraft, Twilight marries her brother. :twilightsheepish:

2169218 You're a Brony though... That's the fucking show

2171198 I'm a Brony who's INSANE! :rainbowwild:

The first sentence here is pretty awkwardly phrased.

SPOILER ALERT!!!
((I hope I don't regret commenting on this when and if you pick this up again.))

"Bacon and scrambled eggs,"
-I am going to join in on advising replacing the bacon. Pigs are people according to Faust I think, and besides, while not vegan (see: eggs), ponies are vegetarian according to Pinkie (in all fairness she does mention hotdogs, but those could be veggie-dogs). As it isn't STEAK, I can understand if you leave it alone.

Spike kicked the cookbook he borrowed from Pinkie Pie yesterday for today's breakfast under the counter.
-A common sort of book that Twilight doesn't have four of ready to hoof?

no matter what the formality.
-"formality" seems like the wrong word.

I have a feeling she's only letting me on for a huge bring-down at this ceremony.
-"leading me on for a huge let-down"

"Just like the Grand Galloping Gala!" Pinkie Pie exclaimed.
-Indentation.

2297571 Hey, like I tell everypony: I ain't forcing you to read it...if you don't like it, don't read it. I won't mind. Mostly because I won't know...I also have no idea what the heck you're talking about. :unsuresweetie:

This should end well.

(I'm quaking in my boots even as I write. You'd think that at a week past Winter Wrap-Up, I wouldn't even need boots, but...)

Tentative fave based on author track record. Don't make me regret it.

I love all of the Internet references, and how you changed them to Pony names :rainbowlaugh:

Great puns, but wouldn't it be better to use a pun on the email service? For example:
Plotmail (Hotmail)
Pmail (Gmail)
Whinnymail (Operamail)
Gallop (Fastmail)
Or there's always the real-life mail client called Pegasus Mail... :derpytongue2:

*geek* I'm just imagining the MIME headers now:

Copyright? But you're writing fanfiction, which means you're using copyrighted stuff to begin with! I don't follow your logic.

2322883 I'm just making excuses indifference to my lack of Internet familiarity :unsuresweetie:

I know this is a silly nit pick but a 3' pony would be more than 12 lbs. I am thinking closer to the weight of a large dog, maybe 75 lbs? For reference Great Danes are a little under 3 feet at 30-34 inches and weigh about 120-200 lbs. But I could see ponies being lighter due to their build. Other than that loved it keep up the good work!

2932731 Well, in Episode 22, Twilight picks up Rarity with zero effort. That's the physics I went by. I doubt Rarity would weigh anywhere near 75 pounds. 12 seemed pretty accurate.
