I think she would be victim to colorism for each and every color of the rainbow. There are situations where cool appearance is dangerous.

1664556 The paragraphs are nonexistant. As I said, I don't know if they are really there as my phone pikes to act up, but there isn't a single break in the story. I can see that there are when ponies start talking. But paragraphs exist to break up and piece together ideas in small, organized places.

I have misgivings about the way her friends treat her. I know they believe she's done something awful, but the way that happened is rather odd and they abandoned her pretty quick. I did something similar to this actually - but remember that her friends are very close to her - they didn't even ask why she did it or question her about it at all.

At first, when AJ kicked best pony in her face, I was like wut. But then, haha, THEN I got it. Faving. Commenting. The works. Though I noticed a few spelling mistakes, such as turing instead of turning, fun levels are to the max.

Last time I read a story involving Dashie being framed for something, it involved her subsequent torture by a certain gryphon out of sheer spite, scorn from EVERYONE ELSE, Celsetia and the other elements included (Frequently), who didn't believe a word she said even though pure devistation is an emotions nigh impossible to emulate and at the end, CELESTIA forgave HER, dispite Celes acting like an ignorant bitch and Dashie putting her life at risk several times for the greater good.
But then again, Discord and a changeling drone were to blame that time and the whole thing was infinately more ridiculous than this is thus far. ... (Hesitantly) Tracking for now.
Seems unusual though, that her friends wouldn't notice that murder, especially in front of who the crap knows how many spectators, just doesn't match Dashies personality. She loves attention, but it's been shown she loves POSITIVE attention and goes out of her way to avoid negative.
Believe me, I'm not complaining. This looks like it could be a great story dispite all I've said. Keep it up mate. Still cautious given past experiences though.

I rather intend it to be a mystery-adventure type of fic, I'm not a big fan of pointlessly hurting characters for the sake of hurting. General hatred will be explained in further chapters, but let me clarify: colorism does not start after the story, it's something that popped up in a little while, it's origin's will be revealed, too. For now, let's think of a real life example: Germany and Germans were discriminated because the ideals and actions of a few mad men after world war two. Same here with blue ponies: examples of them being bad pop up, and somepony ignites the fire of mass hysteria.

Jokes aside, I assume the reason Vinyl's in primarily because of her mane colour? Deepest blue I've seen in Equestria and from what we've seen of her, she really doesn't seem like the murdering type.
Impossible assumption; Possible curse on BLUE entities as a whole? Might corrode mental stability *Looks at Trixie* or take override brain functions to "LARGE CROWD DETECTED. KILL." 'Cause that could've led to Trixies insanity and seems like the story Vinyl could be leading up to.
Also, I'm curious if the other five were aware of this colourism and only tolerated Dashie since she's an EOH. Seriously, if they actually trusted her they'd probably notice "The element of Loyalty just betrayed everyone she possibly could have? Something's not right here."
This story makes me sad, yet I cannot stop reading it. RAINBOW NEEDS A HUG DAMNITT!!

Also, I find it strange that given how Twilight acted in the first chapter, Rarity didn't seem to divulge her observations, especially with her attention to detail. Maybe she thought "Surely they should notice it's COMPLETELY out of character for her". *Shrugs* Maybe she did and Twilight's that much of a bitch.

Most of the Wonderbolts are blue. Mrs. Cake is blue. Twilight's dad is blue. Most background ponies have some form of blue on them. Rarity has blue eyes.

Namara makes a good point, more than a few entities have blue coats or manes and if they're... 'taken care of', there will inevitably be DIRE consequences for Equestria as a whole. Take Fancypants for instance, the guy's easily the kindest high-standing, non-royalty entity I've seen and he might be either arrested or executed because his mane's blue? How long before these morons point at pre-pubesants and say "A BLUE! KILL IT!"?
