DO NOT MAKE RAINBOW DASH ACTUALLY INSANE.
If you continue writing, make this the First Chapter, then add more chapters behind it. Write it from Rainbow's perspective, and write it so we see a clear line of reasoning and why her loyalty caused her to go against Celestia. Write it, PLEASE, so that the reader sympathizes with Rainbow. Write it so that we think that she might be right, and that she might be wrong! Write it so that we're conflicted up to the end, and have to reach our own conclusion on whether or not Rainbow Dash is actually insane.

My only objection is that you should get an editor - there's a good few mistakes in here that can be spotted, and pulled me from the actual story, slightly.
Should I find someone, or volunteer? I'd be happy to.
In any case, this is definitely a great story, and I think it deserves to be featured much more than most of what's going up on the board now.
I would read your other fics, but there are none, so I'd keep up on this, if I where you, so you can get me to follow you.
For now, though, a like and a favourite, because you've done outstandingly on the story. Can't wait for more!

I don't know why I read this story. I don't like reading stories that hurt any of the mane six, but I read it anyways.
I guess it was the fact that I knew it would be well written, and I was right. Very nice story.
Sad and sort of disturbing. I feel like there's something missing though, Celestia seems too stiff and not right somehow. She didn't execute her Sister or Discord and hasn't done so for 1200+ years. Doing so to a pony claimed to be insane makes even less sense. True insanity would leave you sort of not responsible for your actions, whereas partial insansity would. I feel like there's some sinister implication to her just having Rainbow Dash executed. Also, there's no trial here? It seems really bizarre to just charge someone with something and then have them executed. It's not like she succeeded in killing Celestia and it's not even clear if she harmed anypony else, although one might be able to infer such from comments made by others in the story.
On the one hand, we have no idea what this pegasus device, if it's real or not, what Celestia knows about it, etc. On the other we have Rainbow's actions. If any of what she says is true, then Celestia could just be covering something significant up, which might indeed be a sort of false peace/serenity.
Why wouldn't she just let the tears out, this is a pretty private gathering anyway, what does she lose by crying? Is her resolve so thin that a little crying would prevent her from following through? I think after this she may lose her sister and the elements of harmony at least in a sort of metaphorical sense. I can see any of them not wanting to have anything else to do with Celestia at this point.

Please tell me the Mane 6 and Luna are going to go against Celestia or even maybe tell the truth about the actions and the cruel decisions she has done.

Then Scootaloo mourned her execution for the next month evaluating her self-worth with the central jigsaw piece of her heart missing, her beloved polychromic friend was nowhere, and if she was nowhere, Scootaloo did not know if she could find herself. Everything fell apart from there, because the only thing that kept her going was her friends. With a friend gone, everything combusted into a pile of ash, burnt from her own self-worth. So with no reason to keep going, Scootaloo decided to stop.
