What's that? You want humanized romance between Colgate and Berry Punch? Well have some!
This is something I wrote when I was bored during summer. It's rough, I know, and I haven't even looked at it since September. However, I thought it was a shame to let all of this go to waste, so I might as well let people see what I whipped up. I can't say I'll go back and edit this story with the advice of this community's astounding writers, sadly, but don't let that stop you from giving suggestions. I suck at writing romance.

I can't tell you how odd this is for "me" to read. But it's a good odd. I really don't see many BP fimfics. But i do like how you used creativity in this to make it feel like i'm watching a t.v. show! So i've got to give it ****. good job keep writing.
Loving this. Berry is so cute, and Colgate is so naive..? I just hope that the drinking doesn't become a problem between them.

Rest assured, if I DO finish this story, Berry's drinking was never going to be a problem. I feel like there are few people out there that can perceive her as anything other than a fumbling, bumbling drunk. I see her as a casual drinker instead
I'm a bit curious, what did you have planned for the doctor? I'm assuming he's not a time lord in this, so it's not like he's about to regenerate, and I don't want to be left hanging just in case you leave it unfinished

Seeing that I've never watched an episode of Doctor Who, I was going off the assumption that he was able to see in the future. Considering that his cutie mark is an hourglass, I just decided to go along with it. That's why he was so distraught leaving Colgate to run the store that night, because he KNEW Berry was going to visit and what she planned to do. He likes Colgate in a daughter-father sort of way (no, he wasn't going to be the dad) and he felt like he should've protected her, but at the same time, he knows that Berry loves Colgate. So for love to blossom, and to get it through Colgate's thick head, he decided to leave.
As for the fake mustache and cape bit in the first part, it was supposed to be a cheesy attempt at humor. Think of old cartoons where the villain laughs a lot. It's saying that some sort of grand plan has been set in motion!
Hot dang that was a lengthy explanation. Maybe I SHOULD just write the whole dang thing if I can recall this information so easily.

With the attention this has been getting lately, I've given that some thought. But its been so long since I even looked at this fic and I have no idea where I was going with it. Maybe, MAYBE I'll think about this once I've finished Manhattan Ballad, but I can't guarantee anything will happen here. It really sucks that I didn't write my notes down and relied on my memory.

I had written all of this in a week or so last summer. I had run into one of my major problems of writing fanfiction, which was: I am writing a fanfiction, this is nothing original, I am gaining nothing by doing this. I canned the story, left it on my computer anyway, and uploaded it to FimFiction because I didn't want it to go to waste.
Now I write whatever whenever I want because writing is fun. There have been others that would like to see this story continue, but to be honest, I cannot remember anything that I wanted to happen.
Thanks for reading this, though. I truly appreciate it, even though I have no idea why this story gets so many views.
