Yes, I do believe Mr. George Takei said it best. Oh my. This was just as well written as the rest of Unexpected Confessions and it hit near that delicate balance that is required for good sensual literature. Not too explicit, while still being juicy, and not tacky like straight up pornographic writing.

1567404 No. I am separating out the mature scenes (the clop as you put it) because there are some readers who don't want to read it, and because posting it in the main story would force me to raise the rating from Teen to Mature. Both of these things would alienate readers.
However, future mature portions f the story will have the same chapter posted in both stories, just with the clop edited out of the Teen version. That was the plan with this scene, bit the chapter had scenes with multiple potential couples, keeping it from working as a stand-alone story (which some people would have read it as).

2670740 It's not that she's more interested in Dash now, it's just that Dash (specifically, the dream version) is the only one she can be with right now since Fluttershy and the real Dash are together.
Also, consider the fact that Rarity has been in love with Fluttershy for some time now, but her feelings for Dash are new and exciting. Rarity could be spending more time thinking about Dash not because she is more interested in her, but because she isn't aware of the full extent of her feelings for Dash yet. She knows how she feels about Fluttershy, but she's still discovering how she feels about Dash in a romantic sense.
