Caim was a mighty warrior, and together with his pact beast, an ancient dragon, they waded through the blood of the Imperial army, killed their leader, and faced down the gods themselves. However, during the final battle Caim and his dragon are pulled into the land of Equestria as they finish off the last mighty foe.

The man was a walking war crime and he didn't get better in Drakenguard 2. Don't get me wrong he is king among badasses, but there is a reason that he is listed as a type 5 anti-hero on TvTropes. Maybe if they get him to somehow resolve his parents murder by Legna.

And I'd think even immortal beings would need to gain Angelus' respect before she gave them her name.
Lastly, the pact was done to save each other's lives, cast with a large runic circle in blood.
I'd believe severing such a pact would have quite.... detrimental results. As well as not exactly something you can go *poof* and be done with.
Nor would I think they'd do so after all they've been through, even in a "peaceful" realm.

As for the rest I want them separate so I can have chapters of caim in ponyville or wherever and angelus with the dragons. It was either that or they ruthlessly attack and kill everything which seems even more ooc

And they wouldn't want to piss them off while weakened on the off chance that they are are gods, because while they've killed gods before it's still not an easy thing to do.
This is kinda sad... I was hoping for Caim and her to stay together with the pack... Since I gotten the ending where the dragon becomes god and dies.

Might be a little late to the party but good story! :) However I do have to agree with Sandman and ferrosxlupus when they say that 1. the pact isn't just a *poof* gone thing and that 2. really after everything that they went through they would most likely stay in the pact. While one of the endings does have Angelus try killing Caim and breaking the pact that was not under 'normal' circumstances, she becomes a Chaos Dragon so that was probably because of her having more power of something along those lines and in this situations she is still a Red Dragon. While I can see a want to split them up I don't feel that would be right, they are both in a new unknown world, they only have themselves to depend on that are not an unknown, the pact only strengthening that. If/when future chapters come I think that most people would prefer the pact not to be broken for the sake of their time spent with each other as well as their feelings for one another, or maybe they are forced to re-make the pact in the future. Either way, good work and I would like to see more :3
