Pinkie Pie was in a terrible accident. She is now in the Ponyville hospital with a life threatening coma. Her best friends are heartbroken, how will each one of them react to seeing their friend like this? How will the other five feel as they reflect upon their friendship with Pinkie Pie? With the emotion and tension high, what will they do?
A/N I plan on doing each chapter from a different pony's point of view as they each visit Pinkie in the hospital. Just so everyone knows.
Also, this is my first time doing a sad type of story. Feedback would indeed be helpful. Just don't destroy me.

Why the heck isn't there a doctor available to provide more information, there should at least be someone who comes by check on Pinkie Pie.
Also I think next chapter it will be Fluttershy's turn to learn about what happened to Pinkie Pie.

Well now we know just how severe the injuries are, the bandages are blood stained and Pinkie Pie is unreponsive.
And Fluttershy in all honesty is the luckiest of Pinkie's friends in that she was the last to see Pinkie Pie before her 'accident' and of all the visits Pinkie made to her friends that one didn't end with her being turned away because of something, not that her friends (except for Rainbow Dash) could help it.
