Because that amazingly good sex scene with Spike x Rarity feels very, VERY familiar to me?
And one more thing before I'm finished for today;
Does Spike have a single pairing for Rarity, or he'll eventually get the rest of the Mane Six and possibly more as his mini-harem?

That Spike looks like he's right out of Warhammer 40K.
Great first chapter, bit it feels as though the clop was just thrown in there. You set up a great background, huge potential. Then you went on an entire journey of spike learning how insincere rarity was. You made him so stoic and responsible, yet he caved to her sexual advances instantly. It feels out of place. If you wanted clop you have too much world building, but if you want story you have out of place clop. Either way the writing style and words are beautiful. See you later.
