I like this story and how it's progressing so far. Consider me a fan and your story in my favorites.
1) Even Garble's lackeys think he went too far.
2) Spike seems to have been born at the shallow end of the magic gene pool, in a society that treats the weak as expendables, no less. Troubleshoes wasn't this unlucky in Canon!
3) It honestly worries me how jaded Spike is with his position, to the point that he simply stands there, takes whatever beating comes for him, refuses to let his friends stand up for him because he thinks he's not worth their time and effort, before rinsing and repeating. Is he really that broken to not care that there are at least some people in his life who don't treat him like trash?
Above points aside, I say keep writing this story. I'd like to see how this turns out in future chapters.

So he punted garble through a bunch of buildings his sister wants to sleep with him smolder has a crush on him saved cadence shiny and twilght and is about to enter magic school and killed a bunch of barbarians ressercted the dead fully alive hes soooo grounded for that lol
Now Spike is finally getting the respect he's been wanting, and the payback as well. He's met Twilight and her family now, and now he's face to face with one of the strongest magical users ever. I look forward to seeing what she plans to offer him.
Now son I don't mind throwing down these hands but first I need to go see this Caravan.
Really liking the MHA vibes in this story, like how he started off as a loser and is now suddenly on everyone's radar!
