Plot: Luna had been suffering from strange dreams which involve the Evergreen Forest in a way that Celestia trys to figure out. Celestia enlists all of Ponyville to try and cure whatever is going on.
But the dreams Luna have been having are no ordinary dreams. They will kill her in 2 weeks.

It would help to give a description of what this story is about. There's no real way to spark interest in readers without a description of some kind to draw people to the story. All I can tell is that Luna is sad, and it will be dark; that's only because of the image and tags.
Also don't say anything about abandoning a story. If people read that, they may not give it a shot because you aren't confident in it and may quickly drop it. Just some information for you to get started.
