A Warhammer 40 000 crossover.
Warkot an Ork commando have been teleported to the Everfree forest. While wandering in the forest he came across Twillight Sparkle, Fluttershy and Spike. After their first (rather unfriendly) meeting they took him to Ponyville hoping that they can send him back.
Taming a Manticore is an easy task for Fluttershy, but what of a creature born to war, craving for violence and incapable of even spelling the word friendship?
Will he fit in?
Will Ponyville survive?

I have seen Orks in Equestria played semi-well, but it's still one of the more difficult 40K races to pull off ponies with, considering their undying passion for conflict.

There is always a possibility that some event occurs in fates twisted magical blanket. Warkot could live to become the oldest ork ever, or become a guard (somehow). Heck living with Fluttershy is a risk since her place is so close to the everfree.

I'm not worried about Warkot. I'm worried that the ponies will get overrun by gretchins by the end of the week. There is only two possible outcomes: Equestria is destroyed in an orgy of brutal cunning and cunning brutality OR Fluttershy becomes the Warboss. Either outcome is scary for it's own reasons.
