Scootaloo always wanted to join the Wonderbolts, but after she learns that she has a degenerative disease her dreams are crushed and she is forced to move to Ponyville, leaving her friends behind. She believes her life is forever ruined and her heart is forever broken, but after she meets an unlikely friend she learns that the sky is still the limit, but first she needs to heal a different sort of wound...
This is a sequel/spinoff to Learn to Fly. If you have not read it, skip the the forward.

I know that The Stare Master and The Cutie Mark Chronicles provides evidence against Fluttershy being related to Scootaloo, but I just feel that this possible relationship could explain so much, so uh, suspend your canon-of-disbelief and enjoy the story. Actually, I think I might be able to use those scenes to my advantage. Also, if anything in Season 3 breaks this it will be ignored. I'm not going to let a change in canon kill a story I'm writing.
I am loving it! Even though, no, it isn't likely she is related, it is still a well written story. I'm looking forward to reading more!

It makes me sad, but I want to keep reading. I am glad I started this, even though it made me a little sad. I have always liked scootaloo. She is always awesome. I hope you will get to the point where she makes friends soon. I need more story.

It's on indefinite hiatus. One, I don't have time to write it, second, I'm not sure where to go next, and the passion has sort of died. It's a real shame.
