This story is a sequel to The Pony Guard (Season 3)
Ever since Nightmare Moon's defeat, the Lion and Pony Guard have become a great team together in protecting both the Pride Lands and Equestria along with dealing with the daily threats to the Circle of Life along with the peace and harmony to the world of magic.
As time went by, their efforts to keep the peace and maintain balance have grown tougher and tougher, and by the time Scar came into the picture, their efforts in dealing with him have come at a price.
Following the shocking turn of events that led to the fall of the Pride Lands along with the devastating betrayal of Twilight Sparkle which no one saw coming, the Lion and Pony Guard have to relocate for the time being, along with many of the Pride Landers forced out of their homes by Scar.
In order to defeat Scar and seek their fallen friend's forgiveness and reformation, they must figure out the magical chest containing the elements locked inside and how to unlock it. But in order to do that they need to stay true to their elements and prove that friendship is indeed magic. And that's going to be tough when Scar has eyes watching over them every second of the way as he nears total victory with said eyes set on taking Equestria too.
Will the Magic of Friendship along with the combined teamwork of the Lion and Pony Guard prevail to save the day, purge Twilight Sparkle of her inner dark side coming out in full force, stop Scar from taking over, and take back the Pride Lands? Or will the growing power and surge of dark magic be too much for the Guard to handle and save Twilight before it is too late?

Not gonna lie, I really wanna whack Twilight upside her fat head right now! Despite the wedding event & dark magic corruption she needs to face consequences for her actions, especially when lives were lost cause of her. 😡
This is getting intense. Can't wait to see how the Equestria Girls story will play out.

Ugggggggggggggh this is starting to get annoying. Emolight seriously needs to be punished by the end of this or I’ll just feel unsatisfied(btw Emolight is what I’m calling Twilight.)
I wonder if what will eventually happen is that Twilight begins having second thoughts about betraying her friends, Scar takes notice of this and starts becoming abusive towards her, (i.e gaslighting her into believing that the others don't care about her and that they deserved what they got, or threatening her with physical violence or taking her magic and powers away or threatening to kill those she cares about) and only relenting when she promises to do as he says.

Since Twilight recruited the Mane-iac, I wonder if daddy might recruit Makucha for his army. Will he though? I think Makucha and his army from season 3 of the Lion Guard would be a nice addition to daddy’s army

For starters, she didn't recruit the Mane-iac, she just convinced her to let her help her while buying herself time to enact a personal scheme that'll come into play later on in the season.

Not bad, I have a theory and question about this new plan with keys. I’m guessing that after the heroes get their keys in the chest, daddy might make a move and snag the keys and the chest so he can take the power for himself. But I also wonder what about Twilight’s key? After she’s purified what’s daddy gonna do? Is the fight with Tirek still gonna happen and him getting rainbowfied? Does Twilight know what items will become the rainbow keys? I have so many questions!! I just hope daddy’s prepared for all this and I hope he continues to plan and stay alive throughout the series

I was wondering why Sparkle gave them the journal. The new question is, what does she want with the box and how will she ruin things? Because obviously either she or Scar could corrupt that magic for their own purposes, and neither would be good for both worlds.
Doesn’t she mean ten more to go, there are twelve keys not eleven. And it looks like Twilight does know what the keys are disguised as, can’t wait for them to fall into daddy’s possession

That's because the twelfth key is something Twilight herself has to earn by truly living up to her element and she was referring to the other keys in regards to the rest of the Guard.

Another thought came up, the item become the keys when they were near the rainbow chest; does daddy have a plan to steal that too? And how’ll Twilight gain her key if she’s under daddy’s control?
Side note: okay so Ono’s key is a medal I wonder what item will represent Bunga’s bravery, Beshte’s strength, Fuli’s speed, Kyoga’s wisdom and Kion’s fierceness and become their keys and what item will shimmer and make them get the rainbow shine in their eyes

In answer to some of your questions well, all I can say right now is that those answers will be revealed in time since they will be a surprise for them to find out on their own and in regards to the power containing the Elements of Harmony, well like the keys, it's a mystery but whatever it is, not good news for the heroes knowing Scar himself.

So Bunga’s rainbow shimmer in his eyes moment was saving rainbow from the piñata and his key is a badge representing his bravery. Still though what’ll give Fuli, Beshte, Kion and Kyoga the rainbow shimmer in their eyes and what items will represent their speed, strength, fierceness and wisdom?
And an episode before Rainbow Falls, I didn’t see that on the blog, and I hope daddy’s gonna keep an eye on those new characters and elements; or are some of the new characters gonna join daddy’s army? There’s just so much I want to know, sorry if I’m asking too many times
