the whole story i was thinking ‘scp 096 is gonna pop out and eat her or some shit’ and while scp 096 did not pop out and eat her, i am still satisfied because im a sucker for sad or scary stories with happy endings

Wait a second, this plot about Bad Seed getting stuck in a cave is sending me flashbacks of a good horror story I read a few years back where the CMC also gets trapped in an underground cave system while on a Camping trip.
And to make matters worse in that story Apple Bloom was injured and unconscious, she needed a doctor fast and they couldn't leave their fellow Crusader behind...
Pulling off a Emergency remote Cave rescue operation without outside help, although dangerous and life threatening you have no choice but to either condemn a life or give your best shot at saving it.
The scenario should be "easy" to pull off depending on how deep and tight the cave gets after having mapped out the path for your exit, you should stand a decent chance of saving a life.
As long as there isn't something in the caves then you should be fine...

My guess is: Spook is looking for the body of the one who died and their ghost is communicating with her.
