Sugar Belle had had that with someone else, once. Not too long ago now. Not for much longer.

This line is so good. This story is so good. Great stuff as always.

And they stayed there, huddled in whatever minor sanctuary they had built, safe from the blanket of morning fog, or the distant ringing of the telephone.

Must you make me feel such depth with only a few sentences? Must you make me dread the creep of fog? It's both your and Red Parade's fault that there's a tissue shortage in my house! How dare you? This is really good, darn it! :raritycry:

This was a great story! Knowing for sure that you're about to lose someone you love doesn't necessarily make it easier. Just different. You did a wonderful job describing the mood and the fog.

This entire story is just so good.

Seer, you knocked this one out of the park. This deserves SO many more likes!

Oh my... :fluttershysad:

You know how hard it is to get a short story to make me tear up? Do you have any idea? Because somehow you've managed to reach that limit and tear it asunder. Damn you and your beautiful words, author. Break my heart in two, won't you?

gonna add this to my library anyway before I start sobbing--
