You need to work on your spacing. The writing and vocabulary is a little basic, so you might want to work on that for future installments. Honestly it wasn't that bad all things considered.
The story and emotional pacing was rushed but it's not to terrible. Considering the show did similar stuff all the time to squeeze in feels, I am not even sure how much of a disservice it is at this point.
I think if you just fix some of the spacing errors you should have a relatively nice little story on your hands.
