Sequel to My Little Pony: Friendship is Murder.
The 2nd adventure of the universe jumping. Also the unofficial sequel to Mad House. After stopping a vicious serial killer in Equestria that would have brought it to its ruin, Mr. Carnage and his former lover Rainbow Dash are thrown into Arkham City. A sectioned off part of Gotham city that's been turned into a brutal security prison. There he meets the Dark knight himself, the Batman and the time travelling Doctor. Will they discover the cities true intention? Will Rainbow Dash's lingering feelings for Mr. Carnage affect their mission? And will Mr. Carnage be able to resist nerding out over the fact he is teaming up with two of his biggest childhood heroes? Together the four of them will be put to the test in order to find Arkham cities dark secret and try to survive in the criminal infested city for one night.

The actual one or the 800 word one? I'm going to guess the former, so it was good. Although I don't care for Doctor Who or Batman, except the Adam West version, it was written pretty good and you have a sense of direction, so I can see why you want to gather us all for that one project.

In honesty, I've been held up with the new recent update for TF2......what? It's pretty fun. Anyhow, I haven't even done my own updates for my stories. But, I should be done both of those in an hour, and I'm going to spend the rest of today and tomorrow working on my school summer assignment.
After that's done, I'll finally have free time to write the awesome uprising, troubled childhood, and goals of the Green Bolt. Also, do you want me to go with the arc that he (she) is the mayor of a city? So that would mean I'd make Lyra a retired or resigned mayor of......Fillydelphia, and she'd be rich which would explain the source of her arrow. Or do you want me to go with the arc that she was born in a bad and poor neighborhood? I like both either way, so it's your choice.
1128943 Well I dont mind really, you could say she was the mayor of fillydelphia at a young age but after a scandal flees to Ponyville, she could be in a relationship with Bon-Bon but then Lyra cheats on her and then Bon-bon maroons her somewhere (Green arrow has had a history of not being faithful) and there she learns how to use arrows with her magic.

I think I'll take your suggestion on the whole Bon-Bon thing, but I think I'm also going to merge the two arcs so that she was born into a poor family and neighborhood but sought to rid the world of crime and becomes a mayor, later losing herself in the heat and action and forgetting her initial goal. Then she learns it again.

I know absolutely nothing about Doctor Who. IMO, you do a great job discribing him this chapter, I feel like I have a basic idea about what he does.
