Princess Celestia and Luna were turned to foals after Twilight made a deal with Discord. Now she has to watch the two rambunctious foals for a month while trying to also keep their insanse magic from destroying Canterlot! A very nice start to the story. Lots of comedic moments as the princesses appear to not even be aware of how foolish they are acting as a result of the regression. Their back-and-forth arguing was cartoon comedy at its best. :)
I liked imagining Twilight trying to safely make her way to Celestia and Luna while they were doing their Royal Canterlot wail. If Flurry's cry can break enchanted artifacts, I could only imagine the damage Luna and Celestia could do as regressed Alicorns.
Perhaps this here would be a better test for Twilight in being the Princess Of Equestria? If you can handle Nanny Duty on top of keeping the peace in a kingdom you can handle anything!

I do so love when the trio of guards make their appearances in your stories. They've easily become some of my most favorite OCs.
So the regression was caused by Midnight Glow? I missed her first appearance. *Sighs* Though the way Discord handled her was priceless!
The whole scene with the potty's turning into endless water dispensers was hilarious! Bucket Bridle and Cannon Feather thought foalishly logically on how to solve the problem and, as you'd expect, got distracted once that toy boat just 'happened' to appear. Discord is certainly living up to his chaotic nature.
Oh, Cadence. You just couldn't help yourself to have a little foal-sitter fun with twili. That whole sharing of items was nicely done. It makes me now think what would happen if she ever had a foal and Spike was still around.
TWILIGHT: *Face buried in a book*
FOAL: *Strapped safely down on changing table and wailing*
SPIKE: *Enters while rubbing his eyes* Twilight. You're not reading on how to change a diaper... again.
TWILIGHT: *Twilighting* But, Spike! What if I do something out of order? What if I don't use enough powder, cream, wipes....
SPIKE: *While Twilight is Twilighting goes about and changes the diaper*
TWILIGHT: Spike! How could you do such a delicate process so fast? You didn't even consult the book!
SPIKE: *Groaning as he heads back to bed* Whatever happened to trusting your gut and knowing you could handle everything?
TWILIGHT: *Looking aghast* Spike! Raising a foal is not like running a kingdom!
SPIKE: *SWaves* And, with that, I'm going back to bed.

Wonderful visuals in this chapter. I definitely enjoyed the entire wedding scene and how the foolish side of both Celestia and Luna made for the greatest degree of cutesy chaos.
The banter between Celestia and Luna was also really good. I think the little hot tub adventure to make Twilight into an Alicorn was also fun. Maybe Discord will throw in that wavy mane for Twili as a bonus? Everyone loves that flowing mane of Celestia and Luna.
I wonder if Cadence will ever get such a mane? Twilight keeps her mane cut too short to allow for such things. Fluttershy with a flowing mane would look good, though. :)
And then there were three.
<LoL!> I kept hearing him being renamed 'Fancy Pamps' as this whole thing went on. Though that name is not as embarrassing as 'Diaper Pants' or 'Fancy Diapies'.
There are a lot of good moments in this chapter. The one I will say I liked the most is how Twilight has become 'The Princess of Motherhood'. It goes well for her updated Cutie mark.
I also liked the interaction between Fancy and the Princesses. Celestia and Luna are definitely allowing themselves a little 'fun' by giving their foal minds a chance to be all they can be.
Discord's way of informing Fancy Pants of his predicament was also very nicely done. I could hear him saying the whole thing.

Of all the potty monsters I've read this one here was definitely the best. Leave it to Discord to take it up to the next level with teeth and scary voices to go along with the cahse.
Seeing Celestia and Luna work with their regressed minds is quite cute. They still know who they are and what they should do. However they both, like Fancy Pamps, are allowing just enough of the mental regression put them in positions they, likely, will come to regret later. However this is later and now seems like a good time for cute cuddles.
The last scene with Celestia and Luna cuddling Fancy would make for a good picture, too.

<LoL!> "The Princess Of Motherhood". Now that's a great title! I'd love to see that as a story outcome. Perhaps in one of those alternate adventures brought about by 'Time Travel' or "Cutie Mark Manipulation' magic?
For example, the end of Season 3, there is a 'hiccup' in the repaired spell and it results in Twilight ascending but finding the other 5 ponies now turned into foals!
"Congratulations, twilight," Celestia would coo. "You're our new Princess of Motherhood.".
series 4 and onward would be more on how the foalified other elments seem to somehow thwart evil plans as Twilight strives to keep them out of trouble. Spike would help, of course, and I'm sure Discord would not let any pony hold Fluttershy except for him. :)

<LoL!> Mommy Fever strikes again! I can see Discord pulling Twilight aside and giving her a huge pat on the back for how well she implemented absolute chaos in Canterlot. Twilight would blame him for it but he'd make sure she knew it was only she who decided to go with the ideas he had helped to encourage her towards doing.
<LoL!> It took less than a week for Fancy Pants to become Fancy Pamps. I get a feeling that Fleur will keep that one handy whenever she is all grown up again and able to put her husband in his place when she wants control of a conversation. Perhaps a gag gift would be actually buying a stallion-sized diaper and telling him how he could become Fancy pamps anytime. Or, for another laugh, if they had a foal she would tell the child during the time of potty training to look up to their father, Fancy Pamps, until (s)he got the hang of not making messes in their diapers.
Lots of fun in this chapter. I liked the very last calling of Fancy Pants as Fancy pamps. He just totally gave up and fell back. Very cartoony. I also enjoyed the milk seller getting into that bottle while Twilight seemed so proud of how she had genuinely got a grown mare to taste her sweet teet treat.
Definitely a fun chapter. *Applause*
