This had been a fun read so fare, can't wait to see the last installment to it, keep it up.
And here I thought I've generally seen it all. Part of me hates this, and another part of me is curious. Though I can see how relinquishing control, even temporarily, to a fantasy such as this could be... freeing, in a way.
In any case, congratulations on capturing some of the most sick and twisted thoughts and emotions in existence. That's not at all easy to do, considering most people keep these locked away under layers of defenses (and hence fail to understand them, let alone appreciate).
I wonder how many people forget that they have them...
The only thing it needs now, I think, is for the changelings to truly believe that they're somehow saving them through this. That'd be delicious.

Vote if you like even if it's a down-vote. I'm not annoyed by down-votes so much as people too unintelligent to vote based on quality instead of content. If you read it and put thought into it beyond 'ew that's gross' then you're someone I'm writing for.
You're right that doing this because they thought it helped them would be a neat way to take it, but in this case I think the commissioner wants to go more for the 'evil is hot' mentality.
If you like this though, I have some similarly extreme stories that have a lot more plot, and am working on more. Most of my commissions unfortunately will get to the juice with little plot though because of my commission rate being high. If it's not though I get too many.

Well, that being said - I still don't know which way I'd sway. I don't know if I liked it, if I'm being honest. I don't know if I disliked it, either. I just don't know. It certainly seems to do what it set out for well, I'd say... And secondly, I won't vote simply because I didn't read the entire thing, start to finish - I jumped into the third act because I was curious. If I voted now, I'd be doing you a disservice, I think. Though, judging by my own thoughts, I'm not sure if I could come to a firm conclusion even if I did read everything.
I still am - curious, I mean. There's a part of me that squealed in joy in response to all this, and it's one that I don't often entertain... but which I don't exactly neglect, either... Just wanted to share that I appreciate the work you put in, it certainly shows.

Last chapter was great. It pushed into new directions and Drew a new bar for future work to love up to. And now it's already been topped.
This chapter takes the best elements of the previous one and remakes them with the same fetish intensity. Newborns, stillborns, foal rape, foal murder, you name it. Then It adds more on top of that: pseudo-scat and unbirthing (?) do push this one forward. Furthermore, the definig traits of the whole story come back in force: mind break, changeling conversion, bottomless hunger and eagerness in newly turned changelings. All with the intensity and brutality I've grown to enjoy. Unf.
All of the above works surprisingly well together, making this a complete package of the best elements from the whole story. It stands out for both variety and quantity, without dropping quality one inch. Great job, I'll be eagerly looking forward to more

I hadn’t realized you were female. I find this to be an interesting discovery. Also, please tell me Twi beats back and goes back to the side of Good before the last word of the story is done. I literally can’t read it if not. Lie to me if you have to, but knowing what’s in store, I haven’t even managed to open Chapter 1. I love your work, though. Meaning that every couple of weeks, I pull it up and just stare down the beginning of Chapter 1, never able to begin reading.

Are you accepting ideas for this story? If so, you could consider urethral play or perhaps milk play. Another, more fleshed out, idea, is having Twilight take out Cadance's overies(a.k.a. her eggs), and fertilize them all at once, leading to thousands of babies. Really, anything involving fallopian tube/ovary play would be fun to see.
