I'm sorry for taking so long to post. I really like how this story is going so far. But I got some more suggestions that you might like:
1. How about doing some foreshadowing with some of the Chōwa before they make an actual appearance in the story?
2.I can see Reversalis personality being similar to Toriel from Undertale but a bit more ditzy and oblivious of her surroundings and she likes to clean. But despite her being very motherly her motherly's side have a dark and vicious side that filp like a switch when anyone harm anybody that is dear to her.
3.If a Diamond Dog do show up you can give her the ability to communicate with the dogs of Earth.
4.For Chrysalis you can have her at first using her abilities to gain a high position of luxury on Earth and using her connections that have gain to find the Ashikabi that she thinks is the most promising so she can bond with him (May be the protagonist) and I picture Chrysalis looking like a sexy business-like secretary with sexy secretary clothes (something like this Derpibooru 1563357). With her many aliases that she uses to form connections get a high position by buying certain stocks and manipulate certain people to get her funds that she uses to aid her and her Ashikabi. Chrysails is planner who plans for things ahead like she have buy many places under her many aliases that she and her Ashikabi can use as a base or a safe house and the group can use her connections to gather info on possible Ashikabis and other Chōwa and possibly even help locate them. She is very manipulative and she uses people to gain power but if she join the protagonist's group his influence on her make her a little bit caring and considered of others but still very manipulative.
5. If you use Tempest Shadow you can her as a badass fighter and is a combat tactician like here and these two here and here (sorry for the not being able to show you the full scene in last video link. Apparently the original clip got removed) and she looks something like this. First they would only hear about her in the news talking about a strange creature that is attacking certain and singlehandedly take out groups like Mafia, street gangs, a others crime related groups etc and the protagonist's gang guess it is a Chōwa that have a sense of justice and decided try to her join her. And she join the protagonist group when he gain her respect after he barely manage to beat her in a fight. She can be resourceful fighter of the group using her fighting experience to aid them and by teaching others that knows little how to fight in hand-to-hand combat. And if Chrysails is on group they cam have Chrysails use her connections to get or create some combat gear for Tempest like a custom made battle vest that absorb physical impact and some non-lethal weapons. And at some point in the story I like to see Tempest on a entire swat team and wreak them.
6. Tempest Shadow's friend and sidekick Grenda(the female version of Grubber) have arrive on Earth with Tempest Shadow but they got separated. She might be small but she can turn herself into a spiky ball which can use as spiky wreaking ball by bouncing off walls. She her favorite food are sweets.
7. Spike the Dragon can be one of the few male Chōwa. At first arriving on Earth Spike at first looks like how he originally did in the show. But when he bond with a Ashikabi weeks later Spike's form have grown and change Spike now is a very attractive and feminine looking anthro male that looks similar to this and reason for his mature form being very feminine is due to him being raise around female all his of his life and the feminine habits and traits that he pick up from living around female causes his mature form to be very feminine looking. But despite his body have grown and matured he still got the mind of a baby Dragon and still act like one like still sleeping in the small basket that he sleep in when he was small but now due to his new much bigger form he sleep in the basket in a lewd position that have him completely exposing his junk and he is totally oblivious to how the size of his new form are affecting. Even though he have gotten a lot bigger his original form he still do stuff that he do when he was small like still uses the kitchen sink as a bathtub. And Spike eventually learn the ability becomes a giant attractive femboi Dragon that is big as a skyscraper that he can use to fight against others that have giant forms and you make a running gag that every time when Spike use this form the protagonist always point get crush by his gigantic human-like junk (he do not have a animal cock and balls) junk at some point. And I would like to see at some point Spike use his giant form to fight against someone like Lady Tirek (after she have absorb enough magic) within the city Godzilla-style.
8. Daybreaker's ethereal pubes are made of fire like her hair.
9. Basically the same thing with Nightmare Moon having ethereal pubic hair.
10. If Eris do make appearance I picture her looking something like this here Derpibooru 558464. And I imagine her having some odd quirks and habits like her wearing panties as a bra (like in the previous Derpibooru link). The gang would first encounter her when she is causing some chaos by warping the city they eventually find her causing chaos in a funhouse-like mansion. When they entered the mansion they realize that reality inside is twisted and warp and they eventually got separated as they each chase after a clone of Eris. Now with them separated Eris force to them play to a game and to win it they must search through the mansion and find the real Eris and defeat her but she have set traps throughout the mansion(mostly lewd and perverted traps that are made for the girls). The protagonist and rest of gang manage to find the real Eris and defeated her then the protagonist manage to convince Eris to join their group(despite the others protest against it) that first Eris was hesitant but after thinking back how caring he was to the girls as they were fighting her and decided to join(much to girls disappointment). Eris is the type that have no shame when it comes to teasing the protagonist by purposely doing stuff sleeping with him in bed while she is completely naked and wearing a apron as she cook for him while she do lewd positions to flash him her bits or undress in front of him.
11. Zecora as a voodoo shaman and she looks something like this Derpibooru 604505 and Derpibooru 708844. Zecora can make magical potions that have many effects and she have a crystal ball that use to predict the future to certain extent and it is not very accurate due to the future constantly changing. But she can still use it to try to get a favorable outcome and using this ability will drain most of her magic and she won't be able use it again for a long. And Zecora meditates in the nude.
12. I see Gilda being like punk that looks like this Derpibooru 15985 and she think that she is cooler than everybody else. And she have some habits and quirks to do bird things like nonchalantly uses a small normal birdbath to bathe herself while in public and don't care who is watching her (that idea was inspired by a pic that is made by a artist that goes by the name Pulsar).
13. If The Sirens are in this story I would like to see a scene where they use their ability in a crowd like a concert or something to try to take one of girls like Shadow Tempest but due to Tempest being the badass that she is it's backfire when she is the last one standing like from this scene here.
14. How about Yak Chōwa that looks something like this.
15. Queen Umbra looking something like this and with the personality similar to the Ask Mare Sombra here. Umbra have the power of dark magic and the ability to manipulate darkness and her shadow giving a physical form attacking and protect her similar to Moriah Gecko's Doppleman from One Piece and later on down line she learn to switch places with her shadow getting the idea from a manga that she have read and the ability to have her shadow enter a person body (through the mouth) and her shadow enhance the person physical strength and speed from within but the downside is that the person is no longer able to move meaning that the shadow within must do the movements for the person. Umbra is very arrogant and view herself as a queen while view others as servants or slaves but she will kinda mellow out as she spent time the protagonist and the gang. And If you want you can have her becomes a maid for protagonist as she whine about how the like of her wind-up becoming a simple maid but deep down she is secretly turn on by it. And she wear sexy looking battle armor to battle(the sexy anime-style battle armor the type that reveal more then covering up) and you can make a joke about by having the protagonist talk about the logic of sexy conventional armor and how they shouldn't work.
16. Remember what I said earlier about having scene where Spike fight against Lady Tirek as gigantic naked femboi Dragon in Godzilla-style battle throughout the city? Well as their fight is destroying buildings I think there should have something funny and lewd happen like Spike manage to knock Lady Tirek into a office building having her gigantic boobs crash into a office where there is a man in it and he get crush against the wall by her boobs then she remove her boobs leaving the man stuck in the wall still alive with blood coming out of his nose saying something like if he would to die now he would die as a very happy man.
