The kiss was completely unexpected, though, and right after it, is as it didn't happen. Guess that's one of the good things about writing fiction, you get to put anything you want.

As for whether or not ponies will believe it didn't happen, notice the crowd of ponies standing around right after. Something tells me they won't soon forget.
9172460 - Indeed, Telaros, the sexiest trap with my favorite pair! I couldn't not add Carrot Top, and for some reason I imagine her getting really irritated at Rainbow Dash's antics. She's always struck me as a hot tempered one if you set her off, so I wanted to try that out here. As for the romance tag, I wasn't sure whether it qualified as romance or not. I struggled with adding or not adding the tag for about 15 minutes, and ended up thinking "eh, maybe not." I can still add it if it seems it really is more of a romance story, which it kind of is, but I still don't know. lol

Well, this has been a rather nice short read with a nice flow to it. The occasional quip here and there that made me laugh. It was mostly grammatically sound as well, I noticed just a few random errors in capitalization of dialogue lines and tags, and also some slighly roughly worded sentences—most around the part following Dash’s crash. Furthermore, speaking of that one, how big was that barrel? Some of the descriptions made it sound as if it flooded a good half of Ponyville.
Also, I can see that it has been a while, but a few words about the tags: One random kiss that’s there mostly for the laughs does not warrant a Romance tag. Tagging as such is either going to disappoint the readers that expected some substantial shipping, or it will turn off more cautious audience from even giving your story a try.

Thank you for reading my story, EverfreePony! It was a very large rain barrel. You can buy rain barrels for your home that easily hold 300 gallons (1,135 liters) of water. So while it didn't flood half of Ponyville, it caused more than enough damage to get Dash in trouble. :D
Also, I added the romance tag because some folks seemed upset there was a kiss at the end, so I didn't want to blindside anyone else reading the story.

I understand. Well, it might be good to specify how much romance this story contains in the description. To be honest, while your cover art and synopsis caught my eye, that tag was enough to make me turn away—it was but a glimpse at the discussion in the comment section that told me this is in fact not a romantic story and that I should still give it a try.
