celestial was a little rude in (in the beginning of) this story, don't know if I liked it.
Was her dream/hallucination real? And did it brainwash her? Or did it just scare her onto submission. (I'm not sure what think of the god)

Seems to me the dainn is the smartest (male) of the bunch... everyone else lacks any foresight. I feel like theyd end up destroying from the inside,before their enemies can...
Note-PLEASE DON'T do the wing sheath and dehorned route! Mlp already showed one can remove one's magic in other ways. (Like discord, or that unicorn machine in the equestrian olympics)

The visions were intentionally vague. There is a clue in this fanfiction however that could already help you create a very accurate hypothesis. Another one will be revealed when Applejack gets captured by the Caribou and the full explanation will be given when Starlight Glimmer gets her turn. Needless to say, it'll take some time until they get their turn on the chopping block.
As for the horns and wings, I actually really like that about the original FoE. Not in a sexual way but because of its heavy consequences. It's fascinating to see the characters deal with this immense change.

Would you like fries with it? Just kidding, I greatly appreciate the interest. The next chapter won't be as dark and will be with a character that's even harder to properly write than Celestia. It will be vital however for the plot and logical consistency of the world I'm trying to create.

I always thought it was a wasted opportunity not to do more with the horns and wings. Horns as buttplugs is delightfully sadistic, true, but you could do way more. Like, what if they distilled the magic out of them and gave it to the male ponies? That would offset some of the loss from hamstringing three-fifths of your population (not sure about the gender ratio in your Equestria). Or use them to create medicine and export that. That creates an interest in the nations around you to keep your system stable; rocking the boat means no more cheap but incredibly effective medicine for you.
By the way, like the first one, I enjoy this instalment as well. Here's hoping future stories will showcase some more of what the Caribou do in their playtime, whether bondage and sadism/masochism are also a sacrament the Two-Faced God demands.
