Aw...that's sad. Although one thing that bothers me is that Twilight seemed to act like they been through a lot together...when this was merely their third case together. It would had seem a little too early to pull the 'everything we been through' card. Great story either way.
Well, technically, Twilight's both a sibling and a mother towards Spike. But my headcanon is leaning more on older sibling.
