Honestly I don't entirely like either option. personally i wouldn't kill the Imp, because he didn't attack or try to enslave The Lycan like the Imp at the start of CoC would, but I wouldn't want him as a slave either. I'd just give him the boot and get on with being there. Plus, he's a Demon in his own world. I'd not trust him enough to go to sleep with him around.
As for option two....if I were operating on Player knowledge and not Character knowledge, I'd go with that one because I dislike slavery (in her case I guess it's now voluntary servitude with her prior owner being dead), but I prefer to actually KNOW someone if I'm going to get intimate with them, whether it's out of gratitude or not. Beyond that, she's a complete stranger. For all he knows she could have been BSing him with intent to stick a knife in his gut once she got in close where she couldn't miss for killing what could have been a friend. He has no way to verify if she's telling the truth or not. Clearly she didn't have attachments to her owner, but Lycan's awful trusting of strangers in both cases for someone who has had no reason to trust them even in his own world.
TL;DR....I'm surprised at his lack of caution for both options, but would go with option 1 and spare him on the basis that if the imp tried anything funny the natural instincts of 'A' such as hearing or smell would alert him to it.

I don't like giving spoilers, but there's a reason that Magnus offered to help him. First off, not all demons are evil and aggressive. The Equestrians' legends give the demons a bad name, although some of the legends do hold some truth to them. Magnus is a lesser demon, his main purpose is to serve somebody who he owes a debt to. He will explain this in the chapter that follows on from sparing him. At first, the Lycan will be on edge around Magnus. As for killing him and releasing Sally from slavery, I was short on ideas, and every second chapter for each character is going to have a sex scene. To be honest, you're right, most people would only want to be intimate with somebody they know very well, but this is a fantasy world, so the rules of reality don't always have to apply. Also, while I should have mentioned this in the chapter, Lycan's sense of smell is so sensitive, he can smell things like fear and lies.
Question about the second option: Will he/she(?) release the shark girl later and make her following willingly? I mean, the collar is only forcing her to obey; to to enjoy it, right? And how will he/she keep her from drying out?
In other notes:
I suggest you change the formating of the chapters to make it easier to see where the first option ends and where the second begins. That would be especially useful for the reader to skip to the desired part.

For your first question, yes, she will follow them(Character B is referred to with gender neutral pronouns, they, them, it, etc.) willingly later, and the camp is close to the lake, so she can go back to the lake when she needs to.

I'm not sure if I would normally like those chars, but I love multiple choice stories and I hope you try to hold out till the end.

this is definitely interesting as a concept, so i'm interested(truth be told I don't usually particpate in any of the fimfiction "choose your own adventure" stories, this is the first one I've seen on here) and just because I love both intersex and futa characters I'm going with option B

I think I just meant to say that, because other authors let such a story die as far as I noticed. I just hoped you don't get bored of it or something like that.

I don't care if it is something like this, but if someone knows a great text based adventure with any sort of relationship/group building stuff I would like to try it.
I guess the story has to meet at certain points if you want to avoid this spreading out too far, I can image this getting out of control pretty easy too.
