The chapters were very short, and this could have just as easily had three chapters instead of six. Still, good grammar, good story, and good characterization. Have an upvote and favorite.

Aw, thanks. I was kinda back and forth on how to pace it.
Except the Staff was fake; Starlight herself was the one removing the Marks (hence why she never removed her own -- she couldn't, because her talent in magic was needed for the spell to work).

I knew that, but I also figured if she could make it look like the staff was magic, so could Discord.
Discord put on a pair of glasses, then produced a box which he pulled three sheets from.
"The votes are in, two for yes, one for undecided, I think the results are clear!" Twilight rolled her eyes.
That was funny
You hit Discords behaviour very well so far
"Yes yes, I know," Discord said airily. "but as I recall, the last time a pony was left out of one our little get-togethers, it got a little awkward."
nice detail
In a flash of light, the ponies with wings and horns saw them vanish.
Normally Rainbow Dash is flying when they go somewere so a note about her falling down or something would fit here very well. Anyway I think the part with Fluttershy could have been a bit more detailed
"Um," said Rainbow, "I'll just go with Applejack, so she doesn't get scared."
"My hero," Applejack said with a glare.
You had a hand for the others with their behaviour and way of talk but in ym small opinion you failed at Rarity here
Non the less, a fresh idea to entertain the reader
"Best Nightmare Night EVER!" Pinkie Pie dived straight into the candy pile.
