Also, while the IDEA was interesting, there's too many flaws in the over-all idea. First of all, have you BEEN overweight? I kinda doubt it, because with somebody like Rares, (Body, since she's human in this fic) she's supposed to be HOT, right? Someone who's hot is usually in really good condition, even if not muscular. Her friends, in the last couple of months, should have been able to tell SO easily that she was pregnant. Only her stomach would be getting bigger, instead of her arms, legs, chest, and ESPECIALLY face. Sorry, but with someone like Rares, there's no WAY she'd be able to pass off being pregnant as 'over-eating', and I find it to be at least somewhat OOC for her friends not to do anything about the over-eating. Stress? That's what hanging out with your friends and your weekly visits to the spa are supposed to be helping with, Rares. ~_~
This just... felt too OOC and unbelievable to me, sorry. Not worth a thumbs up IMO, but not so atrocious that I'd vote it down.
I'd recommend adding Humanized to the description, just to avoid confusion.
As for the fic itself, I'll have to agree with Magical Trevor.

I do think you should continue this and perhaps show things from Rarity's point of view when the Cakes ask her to babysit.
And I have to know since this is a human fic what will Spike be since he can't be a dragon?
Also how good of a father do you think Big Macintosh would make, it's your own personal opinion because in my book I think he'd be a pretty good espcially when it comes to the less pleasant things in taking care of a baby. (you know like diaper changes and that stuff)
