Although I guess I can break tradition and just tell you. Spark Storm's special talent made him an outcast, his ability to manipulate electricity without the use or access to storm clouds. It scared everbody, and with his capacity for damage, he was exiled, along with the tragic incident at the end of the SCSD story.
