Why doesn't the rhino speak english? Zecora speaks english, and she's from Zebrica. Other than that plot hole, this was great!
7791955 I wanted the rhinoceros to act more like a wild animal (like the Timber Wolves) rather than a sentient being.
I'll acknowledge that that's no doubt really peculiar for Equestria (as you said, Zecora can speak English, as can the cows as seen in one of the episodes).
I hope that clears things up a little bit.
