It does seem like another way it could have gone, at least that was my thought when writing this. I figured that in plenty of scenarios, there was at least one or two that ended with Rainbow feeling so muchregret, blaming herself then going about this route. One of the more... darker ones, anyway.

For some perverse reason, I kind of wish the series would end on this kind of note. After however many seasons of magical adventures, just take one of the plotlines down some horrific yet more realistic path. It'd be terrible and they'd never do that, but if they did I'd get a kick out of it.

BTW, This went through a rewrite after I had a second thought... urg...
I mean this show really has no limits does it?
They out zombies in it. And the name of the episode. Change the word pranks to days or weeks and you have the titles of R rated zombie movies.
This story is a brilliant interpretation of what really could happen in a situation like this had RD ran away from the barn before the town could explain the prank. I for one would take no chances, if I.thought someone was a really a zombie I'd probably kill them out of mercy as well.
