Well, unless Twilight tries to change gender, inspired by Spike listing everyone else with a beard. Twilight probably can't just modify the mustache spell into a beard spell, huh? Everypony (and dragon) should probably start running soon.

Interesting story, but it put a probably horrible story idea in my head that i cant write. Twilight dealing with the wizards of unseen university. It could easily be funny or absolute crap if you dont pull the wizards off right.

Also, if I may say so, Star Swirl the Bearded having an obsession bordering on sexual fixation with beards is...brilliant. Bloody brilliant and hilarious. Weird as hell, but awesome nonetheless and I wish I had thought of it first.

Kudos this is awesome. Can't wait to see what kind of beard twilight gets haha.
Figures Twlight's strange mind would see a beard as a sign of power level. Oh sure, Sombra is nowhere near Discord and Tirek's power level (he "only" banished the Crystal Empire for a 1000 years), and of course Star Swirl is on a whole other level. And of course, messing with her own hormones is worse than kind of changing her gender.
Twilight would probably want to be remembered as having a beard, so don't really see a problem yet.
Well, Celesta might be upset. Now to see just how tough that beard is. I wish Spike could have stopped her, but then there's no stopping Twilight when she's in that kind of mood.
Twilight is going to have a very interesting portrait, I can tell.
I think Sombra has muttonchops, though.

Poor Rarity, but that's Twilight Sparkle for you- throw more magic at the problem until it goes away. And kind of nice to know Starswirl wasn't quite that crazy. And I could certainly believe the show would suddenly introduce semi-identical twin brothers from out of nowhere. I wonder if Spike got a beard, he could probably pull that look off too. Fluttershy's beard as a nest sounds like a great idea, Pinkie's hair already acts as storage for her, Fluttershy might as well have animals in her beard too.

2) A petryal is part of a set of barding. Celestia isn't canonically wearing armor. Ergo, no one calling it a necklace is wrong.
