I mean its cool you have oppinions. its just the all humans are horrible theme is so whiny and overdone. It would be nice to see a main character with a positive outlook on his/her life and the lives of others or at least acknowledge there are good people. But i do get that it doesnt really fit with your current character
7225226 I've read a lot of HIE stories and i"m afraid that its becoming a trend. I can really think of three reasons I keep seeing that pop up, 1. this is how the author feels and the story is indeed a self insert 2. Its somehow relevant to the story or gives us a reason to be distant from the character 3. Its easier to skip or downplay the coping process of no longer being with your kind than it is for a character to actually give a fuck about going back. keep in mind, Im talking about the stories this applies to, not just this one

Also on the kinds of fears that people have for themselves when they are freaking out about something the mind always jumps towards making humanity out to be the worst possible existence. People when they are freaking out about anything, especially if the freak out is about their actions affecting others, always go toward misanthropic directions before they calm down and realize the good. Misanthropic thoughts always comes out first when people get scared, this has been the cause of so many issues. Also if this comment seems to jump around oddly I wrote it very, very tired.
He kinda did the exact same thing that started this whole series, but technically succeeded this time.

Whelp things just got a lot more interesting for Jason. Still, honestly Blueblood is too much of a pussy to do anything worse than what he is too Jason anyway.

I see three... make that four likely outcomes:
1:They both handle the situation really well, though they are a bit peeved (Language!
) that they weren't told about it, or even invited to the wedding. ...And I thought Shining Armor was a jerk, but at least he remembered to invite Twilight to his wedding.
2:They both start raging and going all 'omnipotent overprotective parents' (Now there's a terrifying combination of concepts) on him.
3:They skip the rage and go straight to royal-caps-locking 'WE'RE FINALLY GONNA BE GRANDPARENTS!!!' all over Canterlot. (I can see this happening)
4:Combine elements from all three of the above options. The reactions aren't over the top, but we still get the usual overprotective parent speech and the gushing over grandbabies.
Bad move Jason. Involving Twilight in anything that involves Starswirl the Bearded and Celestia's life in a non-goddess like light is horrifyingly stupid. Exhibit A) in Twilight still being incapable of viewing Celestia as a normal mare and not just "mentor & sun goddess" was her reaction to finding out that Celestia was pregnant.
Either way Jason calling up Twilight just threw gallons of crazy into this already volatile mix. Twilight is gonna screw this all up to unbelievable proportions or maybe she pull off another random luck miracle like at the Canterlot Wedding. Getting out the hard hat for the former option.
