I feel I will go to hell for just reading this... let alone giving it a thumbs up.
I have to admit, I never thought I would openly track a clop-fic. I didn't pay full attention to the meaning of the description when I read the first chapter last night; I simply read it. I was shocked to see not mindless clop, but a well thought out, very well-written piece of literature. The characterization was superb; as spot-on as you can get when a pre-established develops a split personality that involves growing of male organs and raping other ponies. The story was interesting enough for me to keep an eye out for the second chapter.
I was not disappointed, either. While rape is in no way my cup of tea, you wrote this in a way that this was something a serious reader could enjoy without it being about the sex. You could have just turned her into a mindless sex machine, but you didn't. You bared her internal conflict to all who read, and made her horror and revulsion - at both herself and the sensations she was experiencing - plain as day. For the inclusion of this psychological aspect, you have my respect. I only hope that you will continue to play on the effects this state is having on her.
I'll keep reading as long as you keep it up and it doesn't just become another mindless clop-fic.
