oh man that was heart breaking, this should totally be a series. I would read every chapter! A hardened Rainbow Dash with little to no emotion left in her protects those that are left with what little she has and with no remorse.
If your looking to write a dark story this would be the hook for sure! I would love a story like this!

Especially considering how short it was. We need more stories like this here at FimFiction. 
By the way, I just can't get over this: "I spot a house with it's door open, and make a mad dash for the entrance." I know it was unintentional but it still makes me laugh!

PS: I would consider only tagging the characters in this story as Rainbowdash and Scootaloo. No pressure though, your decision!
