The only reason why i dislike this....is oc shipping....i won't dislike, but i HATE when you ship your own oc with somepony. Let other people do that for you.
That was the biggest thought-provoking ending I have ever seen in a fic... it is screaming at me to read the other story you mentioned in the description. Congratulations on capturing the beauty of sensual romance, for that seems to be a difficult thing to do in this fandom.

This is a possible event connected to a much larger story, one of a set I plan on writing in fact. Without reading the rest of the story, some of the context and continuity might be a bit confusing. I did try to set the tone for the beginning, but only people who read 'There is a Season' and it's follow-up tales will get to learn what comes next.

Personally, I don't see a problem, as long as people actually put some care into their stories and characters. If they exist solely for gratuitous fanservice, then I agree with you wholeheartedly. Since this is an optional part of a much larger story, I consider it my writer's prerogative to include carefully crafted characters into their universe.
