AJ n Limestone shoulda hoofed it out one on one earth pony style
Limestone is a Tsundere.
Uhh, sorry, Nick Confalone confirmed that Limestone is the oldest, followed by Maud then Pinkie then Marble.
But good fic!
Applejack, stop being an elitist snob! If they like eating rocks, let them eat rocks!
It must take jaws of steel to bite through rock so easily.
6569412 Damn, my headcanon is ruined again.
6569733 Just imagine how RD would react if she was there. "Rocks? Where's the cider? I was told there would be cider!"
NOOO!!!! Not boulder
Boulder, you were taken from us far too young
I still remember when you quietly gazed at the clouds, apreciating the soil of the earth because you had been one with it for so long, how you always let yourself be held because you knew you were strong enought to stay with them 'till they didn't need you, everytime you were accidently kicked you did not mind for you were stronger than that.
I cherish the memories of playing camouflage with you and cuddling your hard small body whenever I needed comfort, you were always a good listener. Because you can't talk. In honor of your death I swear I'll never eat rocks again.
6659395 I think that's the best comment I've ever gotten for one of my fanfics.
I loved this story! But one thing...i dont really feel that A.J is very much like Limestone at all. I mean, they are both hardworking and stobborn, but I think the similarities end there.
A.J is much more considerate and easy-ging, and she doesn't always feel she's right. ^^
6910522 Thanks for the comment! And yeah, I think you have a good point. AJ may be a bit rough around the edges, but she shows a lot more empathy and hospitality than Limestone.
My usual policy is that I have to like two stories before I follow someone. I'd like to follow you. Time to get reading!
Well, this was fun. And I do like your read on Limestone's cutie mark. I see it as something similar: Limes aren't exactly palatable on their own, but they're full of vital nutrients. Meanwhile, it takes millions if not billions of deaths to accrue enough calcium carbonate to form limestone. Taken together, Limestone's special talent appears to be doing unpleasant but necessary tasks. No wonder she's so sour.
Also, the idea of the Bearer of Honesty becoming known for white lies amuses me more than a little.
Rest in peace, boulder...
No, wait. He's fine.
This was good. And that punchline at the end

Glad you liked it!
meh. happy........
you insensitive bitch ! maybe her pet eaten !
Igneous is absolutely the star of this story. I love Limestone, acerbic to the last, but Igneous was hilarious.
And poor poor Boulder!
