The prison on Fœnum is weakening and evil predators are once again on the hunt with more being sure to come as the barrier continues to weaken. The call has gone out to request the peaceful herbivore races of Fœnum to send champions to find the key, and reseal the prison.
But Fœnum has a sister world, Equestria. Equestria has chosen to intercede on behalf of their sister planet, and have sent six of their most accomplished champions to help six of the heroes of Fœnum.
This is an MLP crossover with Them’s Fighting Herds, Spiritual successor to Fighting is Magic. Lauren Faust, creator of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, lept to the rescue of Mane6, the production group, after a cease and desist order from Hasbro several years ago. Ooooooh, I'm loving this already! I love the idea of using dream magic for this, it all feels very sci-fi. Good characterization on Pom, too. Looking forward to more!

That said, I liked it, and I would really like to see where you go with it. As an alicorn Twi's gotta learn to deal with dark magic sometime, even Celestia knows some. Fred is the best character in TFH so far.
this is interesting so far. I'm so SO glad you didn't have Fluttershy trying to inspire Pom to step up to become a Key Seeker. Pom deciding to act on her own, even if she didn't intend to be the Key Seeker, is a huge part of what makes Pom stand above everybody else, and it would be a huge disservice if it turns out you are having her do that just because of Fluttershy's influence.
Now, I wonder if Twilight is letting her bias for dark magic show up here, or Fred decided that Ollie already had one too many imaginary magic friends hanging around? Sure, there's no doubt Fred is dangerous and scheming, but the rest of the unicorns did not try to force Oleander to give up on Fred or even tried to exile her, very likely because the Light didn't tell them to interfere with her and Fred. Lauren mentioned that a big part of Ollie's arc is that she has faith on her friendship with Fred, despite everything going against them, she didn't say if he will eventually betray her or he will stand with her to the end, so it will be interesting to see how you deal with this and Twi's presence
Actually, now I'm wondering if AJ's stubbornness and pride will cause some friction with Arizona. After all she's "just a cow". The inverse of the problem is probably going to happen with Tianhuo and Rainbow now that I think about it
