Piquo Pie

I love psychology and writing. I tend to write origional/experimental stories. I am the head of the School for New Writers and the EFNW writing track. My new favorite quote is "Why so ˈsir-ē-əs?"

Hi there,

I'm Pinkie Pie and while I usually try to be totally cool and friendly to all my friends sometimes I have "bleh" days. You know, the kind of days where you feel like a saggy marshmallow, or a sock that may or may not be clean. Anyway I know some of you humans totally look up to me so I thought I'd share with you a dramatized Pinkie Pie story about how I sometimes turn a mehehbleh day into a not terrible bleh day.

-Have fun!

This could have been good but you seriously need a proofreader. For instance, Pinkie's sister's name is Maud not Mod.

It was a fun little idea. I've spent a lot of time looking for proofreaders for other stories but didn't want to take a week to find a proof-reader and go back and forth. Thanks for the catch though.

Since you asked, I may as well give you my opinion on it. I have to say that it was a fun read. Nothing groundbreaking, but fun nonetheless. Though as Rainedash said, a proofreader will help catch some of those pesky mistakes, as I think I saw a few grammar errors here or there. However, I'm not the best grammarian out there, so don't quote me on it. :twilightsheepish:

As for looking for proofreaders, making a thread on Looking for Editors can be helpful. Or you can ask a friend of yours, whether on here or elsewhere, to help with proofreading. The idea behind the fic was enjoyable and well-executed, so you did well there and therefore have earned an upvote from me. Keep on writing, and I hope your future projects and stories do well.

Thanks for the feedback. :pinkiehappy:

5154188 No problem!

I'm also having a bleh day, if it is me that you are talking to.

Haven't even read this but just wanted to say the summary made me think of the Sur le Table guy from South Park.:rainbowlaugh:

Plenty of typos, as mentioned above, but this is a cute enough story. Surprisingly amusing, even. These sorts of stories usually don't do much for me.

Very cute and sweet. I'm gonna toss a pm with the stuff I spotted, typo-wise.

This felt perfectly, beautifully Pinkie.

I really like this. I've seen stories where Pinkie is bipolar and acts all depressed and stressed and has to pretend to be happy, and everyone else gets upset and tries frantically to cheer her up.
This feels like a much more grounded and realistic take on the story, and the only version I've seen that doesn't need a sad tag.

Helped a lot, thank you.

I hope your days have improved sense then.

Thank You

Yeah, I feel ya bro. I was going to have her be a bit more lethargic but Pinkie had other idea.

It was bleh, but became meh when I got the ORAS demo, but became mehblehblehmehmeh, but this story made it yay! Thanks Pinkie! *hugs Pinkie*
Pinkie: *hugs back * No prob!

You make me smile.

After several more noms so she reached down slowly and pet him softly on his head. Chu chu! Okay now she returned to her train of thought.

There were no "noms" before this bit.

Thank you. No idea how but that got transcribed from a later part.

But you can’t tickle an alarm clock, Pinkie knew, she had tried before.

That was my favorite line. :pinkiehappy:

I'm a little surprised Pinkie didn't even try to get up, deciding so soon that it was a 'bleh' day, but you wrote this nicely, and it's very Pinkie-ish. I enjoyed it. Thank you kindly for the story.
