Bad, bad Celestia (not bad-good, but bad-bad)! You know that Twilight still thinks that she did something awful! Probably thinks she'll be actually punished for her "wrongdoing". She believes everything you say. Did you not notice she was in a stupor when you eventually smiled at her, when she might have figured out the game?
And she thinks you really shamed her in hearing of the guards. They might of noticed the blowjob, but there was more than enough publicly embarrassing things there.
The chapter doesn't need to have an alternate ending. Celestia spoke after Twilight left, so it fits in with the primary story well. It was pretty clear (to non-Twilights) that they weren't actually aware of what was happening (although I figured it was some kind of muffling spell).
I am interested, though--what causes the spell to return? Shame? Fear? Uncertainty? Or did Celestia sneak in a spell to recreate it? I would think arousal, but there was more emphasis on her being punished and how that had never happened to her before than there was on the spanking.
I didn't find the previous story too interesting--no romance, pure clop--and while this seems the same so far, it's a multi-chapter story; the potential for misunderstandings, their emotion-evoking corrections, and an actual relationship make this something I'd like to keep track of.

6422471 Certainly--quite a lot of people do, really. But that is limited to the bedroom (or occasionally their entire relationship, should they agree upon that beforehand). But part of why people can be so aroused by it and actually enjoy it is because, in the end, it isn't real. It's why the word "play" is so often used for different aspects of bdsm. Being degraded, insulted, spit upon--there is behind everything the assurance that the partner doesn't hate them, doesn't truly think so little of them, that they actually do matter and have self-worth (even if they may let themselves believe otherwise until the session ends). And good relationships involving any of this have limits, agreed upon points that the top won't try to push.
Look at this solely from what Twilight knows, and from how she views the world. The princess that she worships has told her to do sit on her throne, and was immediately reprimanded and punished for it. A lot of people would get (from, you know, the sex) that it wasn't that---but Twilight completely, implicitly, and absolutely trusts every word that comes out of Celestia's mouth, and even to the end she still thought she was genuinely in trouble. Some people are ok with being overheard or even watched by others, and even for people who wouldn't do it willing there are a lot who are turned on by unintentional exhibitionism. Twilight didn't have a choice here, and believed that Celestia was actually letting the soldiers just stand there and listen to her as she lost control.
If Celestia had actually done so, then regardless of whether Twilight enjoyed it or not then it would be a terrible breach of trust. Twilight never gave any sort of permission or made any sort of agreement that she wanted or would like other ponies to hear, or even know about, her sex with the princess. Her time with the princess has always been special to her even before it grew into sexual intimacy, but now she finds the princess sharing a part of it--a part of her--with two ponies she doesn't even know, even if they weren't actively participating (or actually aware of what was happening in the first place). I don't doubt that she'll still obediently follow Celestia, but unless there is clarification for her soon (or some other of the infinite number of changes an author might make), the pure trust she holds for Celestia will grow cracks.
I take not the least of issues in Twilight enjoying subbing in any of the manifold aspects of bdsm. What I was pointing out was that in this situation, for such a trusting someone who is completely new to any act of bdsm--but especially humiliation (which, if the sub isn't prepared for, can be more hurtful than merely lashing them)--this makes it seem as though what just happened has permanent consequences that will change how her subjects think about her (does anyone really think that how much she earnestly focuses on spreading friendship or how she saved Equestria will matter if the media caught hold of this? She'd be called "The Princess of Sluts" in a matter of days, and that's the sort of thing that sticks in minds longer than the truth), it makes it seem to her as though she really is a terrible student and a criminal (or that at least that she thinks Celestia believes she is), and basically pushes the feelings brought up in bdsm into unpleasant reality. And because she has no experience or aforeknown willingness to participate in bdsm, she'll likely get hit by some intense, entirely un-erotic shame that she enjoyed something like that. There's nothing for her to be ashamed of, but that doesn't stop shame from existing anyways.
It's the difference between knife play, and being suddenly strapped to a table and having kitchen knives run over your skin.
Except it isn't that terrifyingly extreme.

There needs to be a sequel where twilight confronts Celestia about what they did, then finding out that the guards couldn't hear anything.
Not a bad story—but the quick twist into sex is a whiplash that stings like a bitch. An earlier work to be sure, but there were a few good sex descriptions that save the piece.
