After not receiving an immediately reply from her mentor, Twilight decided to kill some time and head to her friend Moondancer's party. She wasn't annoyed though; after all, the Princess has dozens of duties to perform, and even more responsibilities! It wouldn't be fair for Twilight expect to just skip to the front of the line. Besides, it wouldn't change too much if she sent her response an hour or so later. Would it?

An interesting new take on mlp. I wonder about this type of situation but never seen anyone write it and my own writing abilities are nothing to talk about.
I look forward to how Moondancer's presence will change the elements bonding. Will she be left over? That one of the other slots or be a seventh element (a little over done the last one and not always well)? My personal wish is her to to have an plane necklace that represents balance (not an element in it own right but the interactions and use of the other six. It would fit in my opinion with you writing her as more aware and understanding of others personalities. She also has more human like common sense compared to cannon Mlp ponies. (A different universe with aspects and expression such as a one like Equestria would operate differently to ours and therefore the inhabitants would think differently to.us.
Regardless enjoying the story and looking forward to the next instalment.
