Stutteringly ask for a weapon (saying you couldn't possibly do it with your own two hooves) and grab it in your magical aura. Hold it up as you stand before the two griffons, then teleport with them. As your horn is already glowing they will have no reason to suspect you of doing something else and they have already told you to pick one--anypony would be indecisive, and they would have no cause to think you were trying anything other than desperately trying to decide who to spare.
Extrapolating from your current rate of magical growth, assuming you've grown into an adult, and assuming you learn the teleportation spell before that time, you could teleport the three of you to the opposite side of town (or even up to half a mile or more), giving you plenty of time to run or fly away.

Ahh, yes; tea. In my youth group, I am the only one who drinks tea without milk or sugar! Then again, I am part Cloudcuckoolander, so I suppose that makes sense...
Silly princess. You're supposed to start the day with Mountain Dew! Tea tastes like dirty leaf water, and while I've had good coffee, you need to be some kind of thermochemical engineer to make it right, and it's not worth the expense and bother to figure it out.
But crack open a can o' the cold Wakey Juice and it tastes the same every time.
My answer to that ethical question? Kill the Diamond Dog Alpha, because any leader who assumes 'dissent' just because someone asked a question is a tyrant, whether incipient or already. Then declare yourself the Alpha through trial by combat.
