yeah, I looked up the prototype wiki. You know you have problems when the main character of a series bio 'personality traits' are described as "distant, predatory, super-intelligent, terrifying, vengeful, blank, and searching." and the executive producer describes the character as "one of the most powerful video game characters ever created". Like Batman and Superman combined with an emo.
The Edge and the Angst are amazingly intense just from reading the wiki.

5847847 Well.... He's a living virus that can shapeshift his body into anything he wants, control his density, absorb memories from anybody he kills and assumes their forms, survived a nuke and the entire military and the infected hordes all attacking him.
In game I would destroy entire military bases for fun and let the hordes start to swarm over everybody... Then I'd go destroy the hordes and the hives they come from. In like...20-30 minutes. For fun.

It could have been done thoughtfully, with actual emotion and insight into the nature of what makes someone human/ morality but they turned it unto another 'my blood can turn into knives and kill everyone!' kind of game, but I feel we have drifted off topic.
Might be a nice story if it doesn't turn into 'rawr, I are Pariah, I are kill poniez' or 'you are instantly redeemed due to killing the super-demon that was threatening Equestria for no apparent reason'. Not many take the idea of someone actually trying to fit in/deal with internal conflict/etc and instead put in an 'Unexplained Big Bad Guy (tm)' to vindicate the character proving they are not an evil, though the act of killing someone,

5850485 At best slightly implied things, one such thing has already been implied but you've seemed to miss it. At worst somebody makes a sex joke or innuendo or etc.
5850513 In that case you should remove the sex tag and write that in the long description of the story. A lot people(including myself) may get the wrong idea from seeing the sex tag on a story. If it doesn't include sex, or something very close to it, you are basically shooting yourself in the foot by doing so, as many may not read it for seeing a sex tag. I gave it a shot because I had that in mind from reading so many stories with an unneeded sex tag.
