the only thing I do not like about this is the fact that Spike essentially looses consciousness for the act (like the fact that he doesn't remember anything about it) and I feel that this might easily be alongside the best Spike harem fics if he were to learn how to keep his mind in tact (for example, having that side as a different mindset: from "never hurt anyone" to "they love it and I'm gonna give it to them (because I love them)")

A++ for sheer hot and kinky clop and a solid A- for the pretext to bring Rarity into the relationship. You really should consider doing a sequel where Rarity gets tired of just sex with AJ and Spike and wants to be part of their relationship or something. Possibly falling in love with Spike (finally) and trying to steal him away from AJ. Really shmaltz it up with feelz and dawz and add a shit load of drama. Plus there will be the chance many more new avenues of clop. Just a thought...
