Fluttershy's work day took a turn for the awkward when Dash's ex-friend, Gilda shows up at her doorstep begg-I mean demanding she fixes her sick mock turtle, Mochrie. Fluttershy must try to overcome her fear of the loudbeak griffin in order to help an ill creature. But is Gilda really all that bad?

This was a really nice story. Now I have the urge to start chanting 'sequel sequel'.
I believe that's just supposed to be "but the young caretaker wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world."
'were"
"passed"
"is"
There should be a comma in between here.
"it's"
Oh. so well done!
Yay! That was cute. Got a case of the warm and fuzzies. Could be an episode.
5622413 actually, 'was' is used correctly here. the noun, population, is proceeded by 'the,' thus classifying the noun as a singular. any singular noun should always be followed by 'was,' not 'were.' A very common mistake, that even i've made in the past.
The Alice in Wonderland title is not lost on me. But seriously, this was really good.
Ironic. I make this picture on deviantart
Then I just happen to find this fic! I love it!
"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—
Of cabbages—and kings—
And why the sea is boiling hot—
And whether pigs have wings.
Callooh, callay, no work today!
We're cabbages and kings!"
Great story. The idea of Gilda having a pet (mock) turtle makes so much sense for some reason and can only hope they do something similar in a later episode. They really need to bring Gilda back.
Like someone else said, I won't be opposed to a sequel of some kind even if just another one-shot.
I liked it
This was nice.
mock turtle
Although there was already an episode reforming the friendship between Rainbow and Gilda. This story is great in showing how Fluttershy and Gilda can make amends.
Also, kuddos to Fluttershy for being the one to repair such broken friendships.
This was cute, but not overly so . Might be an episode even. A children-cartoon-level of simplicity. Ah! I wish we had more of those !
