Rainbow Dash has an unexpected visitor one morning. A griffin. He brings her a letter from Gilda, and leaves her his condolences. The front of the letter reads, "To my best friend."

Ahhh, remorse. Shows how deeply this affected Gilda and how she's reflected on her actions.
The lined through parts give it a more realistic touch to the whole letter.

3791884 you do realize you using that image completely destroyed any credible sentiment you intended to put upon the story, right? I read this, I thought I wanted to know what happened, but as the letter came to an end; it was a good sentiment. Left you pulling at the heartstrings. As soon as I saw that image, though. BOOM, it all fell apart and now you have to write a sequel to explain what happened! XD
