If Rainbow Dash thought freaking Pinkie Pie abused cartoon physics too much for her to handle, she's in for a lot of fun.
Rainbow should have brought Fluttershy. All she'd have to do to catch the road runner is say, "Excuse me." It has been shown to be polite, amongst its other qualities.
